John and his team were professional, on time and fair. I had initially called him for two issues. The first one, and to my embarrassment, was so simple that John did not charge me for fixing it. The second was a more complicated fix. While the fix needed a second call, what was refreshing and outstanding was the speed and care John demonstrated in resolving the problem. Hiring John Dima was a pleasure. Although we sought multiple quotes for work through HomeStars to replace an old and faulty builders-grade faucet, his estimate was the only one that required no back-and-forth for additional explanation (it was a simple job, but every other plumber required clarification) and no gradually increasing costs or complications. Most importantly, he was the only plumber who did NOT need to cut the tile around at the faucet opening to get access, which would have increased the price of the job substantially.
