There was a small miscalculation of the total carpet to be used; but Rizwan immediately ordered more carpet and the situation was solved in a timely manner. Good Job.

I love my carpet!Today was a very exciting day watching Rizmi and his crew changing the look of my house by covering the stairs with the most beautiful, gorgeous and sophisticated carpets from Italy!I chose the carpet from his samples but seeing it done on my stairs was the best! Very professional and detailed oriented, Rizmi and his crew made every effort to achieve the look I desired. Since the first time I had met Rizmi he understood what I wished to have and he succeeded. From the beginning of the process to its final outcome today he kept me fully informed of the progress. I am having a big smile on my face because I love my new carpet!

He is very patient to explain us the pros and cons of every type of carpet. He even asked us to take pictures of different carpets on the stairs to compare. When we had difficulty to decide which carpet pattern to choose, he visited us the second time and brought more models to try. After we placed the order, the carpet was delivered on time. The installation was done professional and quickly. He even did the vacuum clean on the carpet. I am really touched by his professionalism. Like he kept saying, love your stairs.
