The crew were amazing! They were fast and efficient and very respectful of the items they were packing to avoid any damage. Everything was wrapped moved to their truck in in a very short period of time as they took no breaks until the job was completed. It was like watching a well-oiled machine...kudos to all of them for a job well done!

The Focus Team are professional, courteous and take the time to listen to the Customer needs fully. They are incredibly personable and make you feel valued and provided me with the confidence that our relocation from Toronto to Australia was in good hands. The evaluations and financial quotations are competitive and the quality is not compromised.

Having gone through many relocations in my life, but never one of this magnitude, from Eastern Ontario, Canada, to Austria/Europe - I really needed serious help and a 20 ft. container. This help came (after having checked several more companies) via FOCUS Moving Services Inc. The price was right, combined with plenty of useful advise and tips by it's first representative - from there on I (my case/my load) was passed from one representative to the next along the way and every one kept me up to date of the progress, collected the necessary documents (about which I had been informed ahead of time) - in short, they took me by the hand and guided me safe along the way. We contracted Focus as our movers from Toronto to London UK. Their service was great from start to finish: they offered us a very competitive quote, their packers and drivers arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. All our communications with the office staff have been just as positive. They are a professional company and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to others

Used these guys as the Canadian port of origin shipper for my move to Europe. They gave a good enough impression of themselves and won my business. The first sign all was not well was when a subcontractor appeared to start the packing process. They literally shoved items into boxes and exceeded what had been estimated. The agent (Focus) never once checked in or appeared to make sure everything was going to plan. We were left with over 500cu Ft of items which could not be loaded onto the container...at midnight on the day the container is to be collected.

It took three months and two shipments to get my belongings and then, only to find how things have been broken during the moving and items which have gone missing from the overage which was collected by the subcontractor and packed at the Focus warehouse.

When the destination agent's crew delivered the grids, they could not believe how poorly items had been packed and the fact that labels did not correspond with the inventory list. For example, a broom was labelled as a chair!

Suggest anyone looking to employ either of these companies really considers what they are getting themselves into. There is a reason they are cheaper than most of the reputable firms...I found this out the hard way.
