Tim, from Premier Inspections did a very thorough job. As a result, we were able to buy our new home with our eyes wide open knowing all the pluses and minuses involved. We were also in a position to know about things we should be upgrading as well as things that might go wrong in the future. I strongly recommend this company.

The inspector, Tim was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out the problems and provided possible solutions. He later provided a detailed written report with photos.

The overall experience was positive and worth the piece of mind it provided.

Very happy with the service we recently received. Tim arrived on time and spent a full 2.5 hours doing a thorough job inspecting our rental property. He answered questions, made suggestions and was very professional. We received the report in about a day and a half.

I'd recommend him to anyone that requires this service.
