Pest & Animal Control review in Hamilton

We got bedbugs from a hotel we stayed at in Kincardine, Ontario. Because it was a relatively recent infestation, GreenTech recommended that we try the chemical treatment instead of the heat treatment. They said it would most likely eradicate the problem and was much cheaper than the heat treatment. We had two visits from Dan, the owner of the company. Unfortunately, the problem still persisted in one bedroom. Dan promised us that he would get rid of the problem, no matter what it took and at no further cost for more chemical treatments, but we were fed up at this point. We asked to have the heat treatment done, and Dan arranged that for us at much less than the regular cost, plus he credited us for the amount we had paid for the failed chemical treatments. Really great company!

Don't trust them! They told us on the phone that because we had caught our bed bug infestation early, we would be fine with a chemical treatment of our home and wouldn't need heat treatment. We were told that if they thought we really needed heat treatment they would tell us to "rob a bank" to get the money for it. But they said the chemical treatment would almost certainly work for us. After two visits, our bed bug problem was just as bad, or even worse than before. If we had known the chemical treatment had a good chance of failure we would have come up with the money for the (guaranteed) heat treatment. They told us on the phone when we called to ask what to do next that we should have paid for heat treatment of we expected our problem to be gone for sure. A different story than the positive rainbow story we were told about the chemical treatment when we first called! They also go by Royal Forest. Beware.
