Many projects around the condo

We've had Nate come by the condo to do a number of projects: he helped to install an indoor jungle gym, hang a swinging pod in the kids bedroom, hack a bunkbed set and also some painting. His most recent work included installation of weight-bearing shelving in the kitchen and custom created a storage solution on top of the front closet. Nate is professional, his workmanship is high quality, and we will continue to use him in the future. Thanks Nate!

Backyard renovation

Simply put - Nathan is the man! I wanted to surprise my wife with a backyard redo/reno while she was away for a week, and through rain and torrential winds, Nathan got it done! Knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive and so hard working - if you want your project done properly - call Nathan. You will 100% be happy you did. Thanks again Nathan. Be in touch soon.

This was a very exciting hardscaping project, filled with some curve balls from Mother Nature. We needed to get the grading just right with the base layer in order to encourage good water flow and provide a smooth transition to existing steps and entry points. The patio stone was nice. I welcomed Steffan's involvement and energy. Thank you Steffan for entrusting me with the task and providing that extra boost to get it done on time.

Waterproofing external wall of house

Nathan and his team completed a waterproofing project (shared with our neighbor) on external walls of both houses which comprised of the following elements:
*excavation to expose the foundations
*applying rubberized membrane
*attaching draining boards
*installing weeping tile
*installation of a dry well to connect to the weeping tile
Nathan explained the process in great detail initially and kept me updated throughout the project. He also provided itemized estimates in writing so that I had no surprises regarding costs.
I would highly recommend Nathan Payne, he is diligent, trustworthy and very competent. A very nice person all around!

Skilled handyman

Nathan has completed a number of jobs for us, including backyard remodelling (remove grass and installing pea gravel), repairing damaged drywall due to a leak, building a window seat, repairing siding, and waterproofing under the deck. He has expertise in very diverse areas, and where he is unsure about an area, he is open and transparent, making him a trustworthy aid.

He has high standards for quality and genuinely cares about his craft.

I would highly recommend his services.

Various small projects around house

Nate is incredibly nice, diligent, skilled, thorough and a trustworthy. He spent a day and a half working through our list of items around the house that have needed to be done for ages but we just couldn't get to (e.g., new sealant around bathtub, fixing shed door, installing child window locks, replacing broken cabinet hinges, installing new oven exhaust vent cover). His hourly rate is very reasonable. We highly recommend him and will be using him often in the future.

Kim, I continue to appreciate all your support and work. I have taken on several projects for you and they have all been meaningful. The most recent waterproofing project was intense and my team and I enjoyed the hard work. Any referrals are greatly appreciated.
