I originally called Cadillacs Roofing in a panic to come to repair my roof where about 5 or 6 shingles had come up from the roof in a huge wind & rain storm one night. Water seeped down through the attic making the insulation so heavy that part of my living room ceiling collapsed. I needed a roofer very quickly to come to repair the damage before I had anymore interior damage. Brian, the son of the owner, came even though he was very busy & repaired the roof & also walked around checking out if there were any other shingles needing repair. He found a few spots & went ahead & fixed them. It was comforting to know someone cared enough to go over & above to help me out.
I had 3 or 4 quotes for a new roof, but all the roofers said I had about 5 or 6 more years left on it. I called 2 years after the incident for a quote from Cadillacs Roofing as after 26 years, I thought it was time to get a new roof. They gave me 3 fair quotes with different qualities of shingles.
I found the family owned company very professional, easy to deal with & very helpful with all my questions. I felt very comfortable dealing with them & felt I could trust them to follow through on everything in the contract. I was very impressed with the finished roof & the cleanup was immaculate! The group of workers, including the owner, working on the job were very friendly, promptkath & hard workers & it was extremely hot! It felt like they really cared about the quality of their work & wanted to please their customer. I would highly recommend Cadillacs Roofing to anyone!
