Very professional both Valerie and her installer Dwayne were great. Valerie was very knowledgeable and I gave her an idea of what I wanted we discussed 4 or 5 options and She made it easy to make the decision very easily. Both Valerie and Dwayne were prompt and accommodating. It was a easy and simple process. I would recommend both to anyone looking for new blinds and the installation. It was a great experience and I would use Valerie again. Dwayne the installer noticed my window casing was not level and had to shimmy to make it fit but you cannot even see it. I would not have noticed if he had not told me.
