We hired SHD to develop our basement and our main concerns were quality, time commitment and responsibility. Ash and his crew did a great job and not like other contractors that they always surprise you when sending the final bill, we didnt get any hidden numbers. They listened to our needs and communicated with my wife and I before changing a minor thing.
Everything went as he described the first day. I highly recommend them for any renovation project since ours was not an easy one.
There were other contractors that couldnt even give us a quote because of the challenges that this one had!
It was a great experience and we will definitely use them for our next project which is kitchen renovation.
