Denali Lawn Care And Snow Removal

Never have I been so frustrated by any service provider. If you dare to write and ask why after 24hrs of snowfall no plow has come to your house, the reply is defensive, rude and then the owners block you from any further contact. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a small business owner myself this kind of behaviour is beyond tolerable. I am disabled and the owners refused to clear my driveway when I was trapped by 2 feet of snow yesterday. RUDE, unprofessional and uncaring! It's now been 6 weeks since we officially cancelled our fully prepaid contract with Denali and we have not had ANY refund. Also, Denali's responses to the negative reviews from MANY different families on here are ALTERNATE facts = totally untrue. I welcome any proof of evidence that I was ever rude or mistreated their staff. No such thing every happened. I have documented every conversation we had with Denali and there is not one single unkind word from us, just frustration at being ripped off by this unethical team. They have now been reported by 3 different families to the CPA and the BBB. Give us back our money!

They don't care about their customers. Snow removal this year was non existent which they acknowledged but now trying to commit unfair business practices and have blocked everyone from their Facebook page so we can't leave feedback.

updating: was never offered a fair pro-rated refund. Also there are no other household members with a facebook account so they are just giving excuses.

We signed up for their snow removal after being promised superior, timely snow removal, excellent service and 24/7 accessibility via social media. To our dismay, we had to follow up with the, after every single snowfall. They were always the last company in our neighbourhood to clear the driveways and were hostile and defensive every single time we contacted them. Snotty, rude, defensive responses every single time we contacted them and then consistently slow response time--we finally gave up. The kicker was when I sent them a FB message enquire for when our driveway would be cleared and the owner told me to find another service and then blocked me--a week after I had a stroke. We are now pursuing them formally using consumer protection laws, as are our neighbours (who have also been blocked on social media). This company is amateur, unprofesdionL, rude, uncaring and awful--who leaves someone stranded right after they've had a stroke? Don't use them. There are many other decent companies out there. These guys don't deserve your money, and they have A LOT of learning to do when it comes to running a business.

We were leaving for vacation last minute and our lawn maintenance plan didn't come through. I received a referral from a neighbor about this company and I signed up right away having used a company before but in a different area of town. They are quick, detail oriented and provide EXCELLENT customer service. We are thinking of taking them on for additional jobs that we could have done ourselves due to ease and price point. They helped us out in a tough time and did a great job on time! Kind people w great service! I had no cash on hand and three sick kids at home so came for change and cookies!

I just wanted to say Thank you for clearing our driveway last night. It was really nice not having to shovel all of that snow. It was also a nice surprise when you guys came back after the city plow to clean that huge dump at the end of my driveway. Thanks again and we will definitely be using you again for the next storm!
