Denali Lawn Care And Snow Removal

I became a Denali snow removal customer 2 years ago. I could not have made a better choice. The service has been great. The drivers are very meticulous and provide quality work in the summer as well. I referred my neighbours and friends for snow removal last year and they were also pleased. Keep up the great work guys and I am sure you will become successful!

Denali is truly a pleasure to work with. We already use them for winter snow removal, and decided to give them a shot for regular lawn maintenance (ie. cutting). He helped me with a Fall cleanup and then came back to do some much needed work on my garden and front yard in the Spring. He works very hard and the end result is amazing. Prices are very reasonable, and you couldn't ask for a better staff. His wife is also a pleasure to work with....truly a hidden gem in our community!

Very good customer service and makes snow removal really easy. So many bad experiences out there (some people are never happy) - but I will certainly recommend to my family and friends.

I would rate this company as an 11! Chris has cleaned my driveway for several years, the service is always prompt and thorough. His drivers are great, friendly and polite. Jess is always so pleasant, easy to work with and respond to requests quickly. Any issues (which have been few) have been resolved immediately. I highly recommend Denali as a service provider both for snow removal and lawn care.

Very disappointed in the lack of snow removal service and appalled with the handling of the situation. Not only have they repeatedly forgotten my driveway but to have such lack of integrity in handling the situation is beyond bad business. Committing to great service and then completely failing is not even the worst part...dishonest to customers and telling them that they will refund the prorated balance of the winter and then not providing the refund and then ignoring emails and continuing to forget the driveway. I have never in my 55 years seen such lack of integrity from a 'family' run business. Shame on Denali, and specifically shame on Jess for not being honest and above board.

Denali provides outstanding service for snow removal. They are always here in a timely manner and always there to answer our calls and any questions we have! After a stellar winter performance we are looking forward to trying out their lawn care services. We strongly recommend them! You won't be disappointed.
