2 Bedroom flooring install never completed
My experience with this company was painful at every touch point. As soon as I paid for my product , all good service stopped . They would tell me " call you next week to set up delivery" -the week would go by and I had to call twice to finally get delivery . The same with installation - " Call you Tuesday to set up install " - another week would go by and I had to call and email a few times to get a response. Today - My installation was never completed ( and still is not to this day ) . They installed the wrong product and still have not corrected ( now they are not responding to inquires as to when it will be fixed) . When I called to follow up for them to come fix their mistake , they tried to deny having any knowledge of the job not being completed, everyone from the manufacturer themselves confirmed my job was done perfectly. Of course after I called their head office and complained, all of a sudden " We made and error and let us come fix it " - I never heard from them again and the error was never fixed. Out of all the companies i hired for a very large renovation - they were by far the hardest to deal with the most disappointing. During my business dealings with the store manager , I caught numerous times not being truthful about really unnecessary things . Really weird experience with this company. I am ending up having to hire another flooring company to come in and finish the job , I waited 3 weeks for this company to come finish the job , or communicate or respond in any way.....I bet this review will get a response from them ....but it should not have to take a bad review to do the right thing. You always get what you pay for - this place is like buying flooring from the dollar store.

We have located your file. There was a few day delay in measurements and to accommodate that inconvenience, we had delivered the order free of cost. The transition piece located at the door way was on back order from NAF. To complete the job we put a different brand transition,. You mentioned you would like this changed as the colour did not match. The NAF transition was ready Saturday for pickup, installer tried contacting you to schedule Monday morning to install new transition you did not answer the installers or stores phone calls, and decided to hire someone in the the week of your install. Difficult to work with from the start and did not give the installer an opportunity to fix a minor issue. We gaureentee the best price, service and clean installs. Your project was one week long and you were not accommodating, and did not wait till after weekend to have the transition switched, and wrote us a review while we left you multiple calls and emails to complete the job. We expect both home owner and installation team to work together to fix minor issues and to actually give them the chance to do so before writing a fabricated review to paint a bigger issue then just a minor transition piece we were cooperating and waiting for product to fix. Nonetheless your install looks beautiful, transition piece is still with the company if you would like it fixed please return the store/ installation teams calls.
