After our dryer's thermal fuse had to be replaced, it was suggested that perhaps our dryer vent/duct should be cleaned. The service technician gave me a couple of possible firms to do the job.

I was very pleased to see how quickly the owner of the company, Patrick got back to me (within the hour of my call) and answered the questions I had. He was able to set up an appointment for me the very next day. He arrived exactly when he had said he would and that involved getting from Guelph to our home in Orangeville. He was professional, friendly, thorough and he ended up cleaning the lengthy ductwork and replacing the connection from the dryer to the wall with a material that was better and up to code from the previous one.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the work and will have the work done by Patrick and his company again when the need arises.
I would highly recommend having him come and do any work with respect to dryer venting/ductwork.
