Pat arrived and assessed the dryer and vent system. He completely cleaned the dryer and the vent outside, adding additional supports to the vent system. He then re-installed an exhaust vent from the rear of the dryer to the system, using a professional grade material and installation.. We now have no worries with regard to fire safety or unwanted dust/lint accumulating at rear of dryer or in the walls behind the dryer. Knows what he is doing and it is such a pleasure and reassurance to know that he is doing the job right. There is no substitute for the experience that Pat displays and provides. Very satisfied with the job. Most importantly, in this time of caution he wore all the protections, and before leaving sanitized all the areas he touched with his wipes .
