Pat arrived and assessed the dryer and vent system. He completely cleaned the dryer and the vent outside, adding additional supports to the vent system. He then re-installed an exhaust vent from the rear of the dryer to the system, using a professional grade material and installation.. We now have no worries with regard to fire safety or unwanted dust/lint accumulating at rear of dryer or in the walls behind the dryer. Knows what he is doing and it is such a pleasure and reassurance to know that he is doing the job right. There is no substitute for the experience that Pat displays and provides. Very satisfied with the job. Most importantly, in this time of caution he wore all the protections, and before leaving sanitized all the areas he touched with his wipes . Cleaned up everything he replaced and left the laundry room as it was when he arrived.Throughout he maintained a distance exceeding what is expected. about 1.5 5 to 2.0 hour service.A very nice gentleman, providing a service that you can rely upon. Excellent work, Chris was great to deal with. Timely quotation and price was significantly better than the other quotes. Quality of installation and final deck was perfect. Quick, always a clean site with nothing left on site, and most of all, good interaction with Chris throughout to keep us advised of status. Installation was skilled, on time and as scheduled. Finished product is a 12 X 24 deck with glass railings and composite decking - a wonderful addition to our new home. Highly recommend this company. Milton Hardwood Flooring was the original installer of hardwood in our home that was built 8 years ago. When we wanted the carpeting replaced in the Master Bedroom we reached out to them and they matched the brand and shade of the original hardwood installed at time of construction. The transition from the existing hardwood hallway through to the MBR and walk in closet is seamless and it looks like the flooring was all done at the same time. I cannot say enough good things about Ed Arce and also his installation team led by Joe. BTW the install was done two days after the quote - in at 8:30 and out at 3:30pm. An expert and professional installation even with some challenges within the Walk In closet, followed by a complete clean up. Very pleased with the quality of product, workmanship and support. We highly recommend Milton Hardwood Floors and will use them again Kudos to all!
