We have worked with Marco and his team on the design of our new home. They created a fantastic and unique modern house design, while paying careful attention to elements we had wanted included. Marco is particularly skilled at finding creative solutions to practical issues without compromising design and style. The Epic Design team worked tirelessly to help us get through a lot of red tape to obtain permits; requiring a fair amount of liaison with Town officials. Marco has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish!

Me and my family finally decided to renovate our 1950's Toronto bungalow & bring it up with the times. Marco at Epic worked closely with us to make sure our dream came alive. He turned our boring brick box into a beautiful 2 storey stone home with large windows and peaked roofs. We love to show off our home now! & never miss a chance to invite family over to dine with us. We hired Epic Designs several years ago when we embarked on our journey to build our custom home. We were impressed with their portfolio of work and string referrals. Given the scale of our project and our inexperience we sought someone who could work patiently with my wife and I to envision our dream home. We are thrilled to say that Marco and his team at Epic went above and beyond our expectations. He found a way to accommodate our needs and wants and then used his creativity and insight to take it to the next level - needless to say we were blown away when it came to the final drawings. On many occasions his team saved us from the fiasco of dealing with the city to attain all the various city permits....the value of which was priceless.

We were pleased to see how well he worked with our hired contractor(s) and how he was available to them when needed until our home was complete. We would gladly act as a referral source to anyone thinking of using Epic Designs.

I had to post a review to help any one who might be considering this company for construction drawings. My experience with Marco was great in beginning of our project. However, with time, he became unresponsive, no call backs- days to get a call back for a quick question. Then there were "city delays" as he so calls it but how much can one get delayed 2 months??... I also found out I could have saved at least half the money I paid for his services for the same new house designs. If you want to save money and get better service....Stay way from EPIC DESIGNS!!!!

Marco and the team at epic designs have worked with us on a few projects over the years. they provide great hands on service as well as accommodating everyone's busy schedules. the teams overall performance, communication and expertise throughout the design process, committee of adjustment and the construction itself is what keep us and our clients happy. we will continue to recommend and use Marco and his team in future projects.

Epic Designs Inc has been our first choice architect now for many projects. Marco and his team are innovative and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Marco's knowledge, experience, communication skills and professionalism are what keeps us happy and is one of the factors of why we will be continuing to use Epic Designs Inc as our primary architect.

Marco and his team are the worst people to deal with. He did not return phone calls nor did he respond to any emails. When we were able to get a hold of him, he would tell you he will call you back but would never return any calls. This resulted in our construction to be delayed for one year costing us an additional $30,000.00 due to his incompetence. Marco made numerous mistakes in the drawings submitted to Town of Caledon. One of the biggest mistake was having to demolish the existing home prior to building the new home. Marco submitted the drawings to the City Of Caledon without reviewing the drawings with us. I could go on with issues dealing with Marco but that would be a very lengthy review. I hope this will help someone if you are deciding to consider using Epic Design.

Marco and team mishandled my project from the start. Missed key deadlines when he went on vacation for 3 weeks at the start of the project (without communicating), whic caused a two month delay as papers weren't delivered to the city on time. Made errors in the submission which caused another month delay. And in the end, missed an important city bylaw which meant the project couldn't be accomplished as planned. And then stopped returning phone calls....
