C & M Design Build

We used Cole and Matt to do a complete renovation of our townhouse in downtown Toronto. Renovation was extensive and included two new bathrooms, new staircase, new floors, new doors, trims, etc. The project also involved plumbing and electrical. The project was on-time and on-budget and we are very happy with the end-quality of their work. Cole and Matt were also very easy to communicate with and made some very helpful suggestions on the layout which we took and are very happy with.

We had used Matt and Cole last year to renovate our basement bathroom. We knew they were great so we were confident they would do a great job with our massive main floor renovation which involved knocking down a load bearing wall, opening ceiling, walls and floors to insulate the space and level the floors. They installed a brand new kitchen, moved the powder room, installed French doors and windows at the back, painted all walls and put in potlights. They were on time, on budget, very reliable and a pleasure to deal with.

C & M did a full renovation for us last year for over $100,000. We were completely satisfied with the cost and their work. They finished on time and on budget. We called them again when we had to install a different built-in double oven because the BOSCH was larger than the original KENMORE double oven that needed to be replaced. Matt and his co-worker arrived on time, checked the electrical connections, modified the cabinet and installed the new one. A beautiful professional job.
