Although a little late to arrive, we received a courteous phone call telling us ahead of time of the delay. We had asked to have our old humidifier replaced. When he discovered it had not really been working since day one, he carefully investigated all possible errors in the previous installation hoping to save us money by repairing the old one. We chose instead to replace it as it was ten years old, and he had the new one working well within minutes. We were impressed that he will be calling in a couple of weeks to ensure that it is working well. The one year warranty was also a bonus. We will book a furnace tune up on this occasion.
