We woke up on February 1st to a cool house.
We seen furnace solutions home show presentation. We were impressed by their level of expertise. And when we called they sent a service technician out to us. He arrived and went to work and got the problem figured out. Because of the age of the furnace it was decided that a replacement was in the best interest for our needs. Ryan got a hold of us and was able to squeeze us in and laid out our options. The crew arrived the next morning. Nolan and Jon started the install removed the old unit in short order. They worked quickly and efficiently. They answered my questions and finished up and cleaned up and we had heat. I am impressed with their workmanship and speed with what they do.

They were unable to repair existing furnace , sold me two new ones and an ac unit. Provided financing. And had them installed the next day. Amazingly fast and efficient. Very friendly.

Replaced an old unit, very professional installers, very professional installation, same day service, friendly staff answering the phone. Robby is happy!!!

Our furnace was having issues in a rental; Furnace Solutions came right away and fixed the problem, plus replaced two furnace filters for free!

I tend to be long winded, so I'll try to keep this brief!

At the beginning of January received quotes from Furnace Solutions and one other local company in Edmonton to replace our old furnace, hot water tank and air conditioner. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and brought in a quote MUCH lower than the other company. In addition to that, he told us that the furnace we currently had was for a house three times the size of ours. Which meant a new appropriate furnace would definitely save us money on multiple fronts. When we asked him what the lead time was before the work could be done....he said three days! Obviously we chose to hire Furnace Solutions.

Nolan and Matt arrived on time and were extremely professional, hard working and friendly. We appreciated the sheer amount of work they achieved in one day, which was the total time it took to complete the entire job.

When the post work inspection failed on a small technicality (the inspectors words) we contacted Ryan and the Furnace Solutions Office and they had Nolan and Matt return in short order, and made the corrections quickly. (Inspection passed easily the next time).

In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Furnace Solutions and would be happy to act as a reference for them!

Furnace and duct work install went very good, very clean, the guys that completed the job were very professional and great to deal with.

Had Ryan and the boys back again to install our garage heater last month and shame on me for not getting the review up sooner. They did the same amazing job with the garage heater as they did with our AC unit last spring. I will not call anyone else for HVAC services as long as Mr Crawford is in charge of the client experience.

Truely amazing and I'm not easy to please. I strongly recommend you at least give them a shot at a quote as I will not waste my time with anyone else.

The install is super clean and exceeded my demanding expectations.

Well done boys and a well deserved award in 2016, repeat?
