We hired this person called Dimitri to remove our popcorn ceiling and smooth finish it. He offered to start work the next morning and said the work will be completed in 3 days. He sent someone to do the sealing and on the second and third day they removed the popcorn, filled the house with dust then did some sloppy sanding and priming then he demanded full payment and never returned. He wouldn't answer our calls and once in a while would text saying he got stuck somewhere and is going to come. We waited until 20 days then we warned him to never show his face again.
