Dixon Commercial Investigators

I was a client of Dixon Commercial. Our contract was over with them for 6 months and we tried to withdraw from them collecting on one of our debtors. They would not stop perusing the debt and eventually they managed to recovered only a small portion of it. By asking them to stop perusing the debtor in the fine print of the contract there is a clause and now we had to pay out what their percentage of the debt would have been if they collected all of it which they did not !!! Meaning not only did we lose the initial money to our client Dixon ended up charging us thousands of dollars and we recovered nothing . In fact the whole endeavor involving Dixon cost us. Please be very careful when engaging this company and read the fine print of the contract VERY carefully before you sign anything .

Portal says 30,000 recived 40k owed refuse to give any information of file and our money but Nemours calls and mail saying we owe the 12k and intrest growing

I have paid $864.00 to open an account. I have customers that did not pay, which includes a judgment in the amount of $86.000.00 + interest which would be around $97,000.00, to make a very long story short... a while later they informed me that it is useless and that they went after the guy and had no chance of collecting the entire amount, after a back and forth for 2 weeks, I offered a settlement at $25,000.00 lump sum, in the end, Dixon Commercial convinced me to accept $22,500.00, to which I finally said yes, thinking that $22,500.00 minus they advertised fee of 10% would come to approximately $20,000.00 in my pocket, better than nothing but not even close to $97,000.00. At that point they received my payment from the person that owed me, ... They kept my payment in their office for almost 2 and half months, from Dec 31 2021 till March 04 2022, 20 phone calls later and a lot of runaround on my behalf from every single one of their employees (let's not forget that these people are supposed to be looking for my best interests, because I already paid them to set up an account and become their client), telling me all kinds of stories they finally sent my cheque, and Surprise Surprise, I have received a cheque from Dixon Commercial in the amount of just over 12,000.00 (See Attached Pic), these horrible people not only convinced me to accept a minimal amount as settlement, they also took from me almost 50% of the recovered funds, that on top of basically selling me off as their customer I would like to get in contact with any and all victims affected by this horrible company. Please contact me... I would like to file a class action lawsuit against Dixon Commercial Investigators

First off these guys are listed as a moving company and they are not they are a collection agency secondly they have done amazing work for us recovered tons of money

After spending way too much time trying to get my clients to pay what they owe, I came to the conclusion that I needed help. I tried dixons service, and it has proven time and time again to be a great decision. I now waste no time trying to collect and just submit it to them. Although I would much sooner collect all of the money, some is much better then what I was getting. I will gladly pay 10% to not have to worry about it.

The sales rep was really helpful in getting me to understand that write offs don’t need to equal never seeing my money again. They can go after them and the money can be collected.

Was in deep with my dds and they would not help or even listen. They took it upon themselves to hire a third party to help them. Ironic that that third party ended up helping us more then them. Thank you dixon if you ever get one of my bills again let me know and I will for sure pay it.

Signed up with Dixon Commercial Investigators over 10 years ago back in 2002 and it was not really until today that I realized of the 1400 accounts and files I sent them that they collected on over 85%. WOW I thought that warranted a shout out on the internet.

Was in desperate need of some financial advice and help could not make heads or tails out of what to do untill Dixon Helped. They are easy to workwith and explaine everything along the way.
