We moved into a house with an existing 5 year old Honeywell system.
I had three different companies quote on updating and monitoring it. Securepol took about half the time to analyze it and work up a quote.
Their quote was much more reasonable and the monthly monitoring fees were better as well. Four months later they are just as on the ball. We had a problem with an existing door contact and they were out pronto to replace it. We couldn't be happier.

I chose Securepol based on google reviews and homestars reviews. The google reviews gives it 17 reviews of 5 stars. That is no small feat. I now understand why!

From the moment of contact, they scheduled a quick visit to my house to see what equipment could be reused. They called 1 hour before showing up to confirm that I would be home. The first assessment was excellent with Mike taking us through was was necessary.

The installation happened the next day with incredibly short notice as we were leaving town. Mike did such a great job of showing us each piece that he installed. He also took us through the panel (so important as the manuals for the Vista 15p don't really describe it well) and took me through the Total Connect 2.0 web app and the online configurator. Truly above and beyond.

I've only been with Securepol for 48 hours now but what I think sets it apart:
1) Equipment price is excellent compared to other very well reviewed competitors.
2) No contract! Amazing!
3) Security guard at no additional cost
4) Mike went above and beyond to make sure the system made sense to us.

I hope to stay with Securepol for many many years.

I switched my monitoring from ADT to Securepol six months ago. The installer, Robert arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was helpful and courteous as well and explained the service to me in details. Securepol offers a free guard service in every monitoring package which provides a higher level of protection comparing to regular monitoring which I had with ADT. I was also advised to call ADT before they took over and ask about cancellation policy. I was informed that there is a 30 day notice required, so Securepol started to monitor my house a day before ADT agreement expired. That not only saved me from the double charges but ensure that Securepol put customer satisfaction above their profits. Today I can tell that I switched because of the price, but will stay because of the service.

I love recommending you to my customers!. On Feb 21st you installed a new security system. I spent many weeks making comparisons between companies, before i chose yours. Your sales rep, was very thorough in his explanations, but i was still apprehensive right until your installer Robert arrived. I want to let you know what a difference his knowledge, expertise, patience and diligence made.He made me feel much more safe and secure and helped me work within my limited budget. I really liked the whole process from arranging service to the tech who installed my equipment everything was great. the installation was fast and the technician was very nice and explained everything for me.

When our old security provide upped their prices in the midst of the Alberta situation to the point where it negated the insurance savings, I went looking for a company that delivered more than monthly invoices.
