Résolution

After less than 2 years the duck less installation , it is dripping. I was told by the company that's my fault since they have to clean it up at 200$ for their cleaning services and I was unaware of it. According to the company, I should spend that same amount of money to have it clean up every year to avoid condensation and dripping. To me it sounds unreal. That means every year I'd have to repay the system to keep it from dripping!!? The unit should work properly without having to spend 200$ and more every year. I'd like to edit this review in all fairness to the company that just went back and resolve the dripping issues with no charges since it is a pump issue and not a maintenance one. Thank to the employee SOPHAT common sense and professionalism,

Company Response

We can appreciate your frustration, unfortunately I am not sure who you are so I cannot comment on weather or not you have called for service in the past due to this issue or if you have conducted regular maintenance. Ductless units just like other air conditioners need regular maintenance to make sure that everything is in proper working order and to keep the condensate lines free of dirt build up. Just like you would have an oil change on car. We do reach out to our clients yearly as a courtesy, to remind them that it is time to do a maintenance, but the choice is that of the homeowner if they wish to have it done.
Please contact us at the office to discus this further.

The problem to me is not the cleanup itself. That's more about the fact that you throw it at me as the customer instead of taking the responsibility to make sure the unit works properly without having to spend 200$ and more every year. What would the customers had to repay the unit to keep it working for??
