This is the second time I have used Pulsar Construction to build a patio deck. Alex and his team do an amazing job. I had Alex build a 16x14 ground level deck using composite materials. The finished product looks amazing. Everyone who sees the deck is amazed on how good the back yard looks and how well its built.
