Alex came out the day after I requested a quote to replace our aging back deck. After listening to what we wanted he took a lot of time to explain what would, and what wouldn't work well. He offered a variety of suggestions and options, and then provided a very thorough quote. Alex displayed a professionalism we haven't seen from many contractors.
Every day we were provided with an update on the work done, and at the end of the day told what to expect the next day. Alex's work reflects care and attention to every aspect of the job - his tools are cleaned and stored daily, the work site left tidied and the customer informed.
