Called on May long weekend and told them that a 2017 Bryant furnace stopped. Got an appointment for the next Tuesday. Asked about warranty and was told the technician would handle it. Charged $270.00 for diagnosis of a dead circuit board, being lead to believe it would be reimbursed by warranty. Parts took a week to get in, asked about warranty 2 more times to receptionist who said the technician would take care of it. Able to make a service appointment, but still no word on warranty. Technician now calls to say, "His boss will not deal with manufacturers for warranty claims because they lose..." Contact Bryant, who will not process a warranty claim by the owner. Yea, like Express has been in business this long and isn't aware of that. End run, lost $270.00 for nothing and still has a pooched furnace 2 weeks later.
