Disappointing - job not completed

Mt Drains was not able to complete a fairly simple repair of a leaking shower faucet. They just abandoned the job without completing it and did not recommend how to fix it. They were able to replace a leaking toilet shut off value but it took two(2) hours. I would not recommend this organization.
