Self assured to the point of arrogance, hellbent on upselling
Called this company to evaluate a plugged drain but they refused to do the job the way we requested and charged us $350 for 20 minutes work.
The next day the whole basement flooded because their intervention just pushed the block further down the pipe.
To their credit they came on a weekend at no cost to fix the problem, but then convinced my partner they should come back implying that the service we had originally requested would be at no cost as well.
The third visit they charged $350 for the service that we had originally requested that had not been performed and insisted that we needed our whole basement and garden jackhammered out for a mere $24000.00 with an urgency and false confidence we don't trust.
To top it off they had clearly researched us on the internet and tried to make a connection around what they had found out in service of the hard upsell. We found their tactics creepy and are now unnerved that we allowed people like this into our home.
