Junk Works Mississauga

Stop reading and book these guys already. Reasonable rates, flexible scheduling, excellent service. This was the second time that I used Junk Works, and was again very happy with the service. I booked 100% last minute on Tuesday night after business hours ... for the Wednesday morning window (9-11am). I really thought that I was pushing my luck, but sure enough, the next morning at quarter to 9, I received a call from Matthew, "Good morning, we're on the way, and we will be there in about 20 minutes." Right on time, their big red truck rolls up and they quickly got to work removing the stuff from inside and outside my home. As ever they were very professional and careful inside. Also despite being rather cold outside and pouring rain, nothing seems to dampen their spirits. It was clear from chatting to them that they take great satisfaction in being able to help homeowners with their individual situations, and that each call represents a person ("Joe") and not a Job ("#12345"). It's an absolute pleasure to work with Matthew and George. Many other businesses could take a lesson from their customer service skills. Highest recommendation.
