Eco Appliance Repair

Diagnosed over the phone a mother board.
Two new ones replaced didnt work! Plus the original.
Three viable sources said dont replace the mother board, inspect the evaporator fan for freeze up and the motor. Paul did not do this! After a $1,000
we lost total confidence in Paul. We also had to pay another referral Co $140 we knew nothing about.
Do not use this company. Check with the BBB
to see if the Co. Is accredited 1st. Eco Repair is not.

Its been 3 months . I am attaching text screenshots .Got charged $200 but refrigerator never got fixed and now he blocked my phone number . He promised me he will Atleast return service fee which he didnt.

Paul with eco appliance repair , came and repaired our refrigerator quickly and at a very reasonable price. He showed us what the problem was and had the parts with him. Highly recommended!

Eco Appliance Repair came to our home to look at our fridge last Saturday. He said he needed to order a piece and that it would would arrive Thursday or Friday. Thursday, we began texting and calling to arrange a time for him to come to our home to do the work he said he would do. We've left multiple voicemail messages and one week later, he is still not returning calls.

We wouldn't recommend this company to anyone needing a job done.

Washer not draining called a few places for one reason or another did not decide to go with them, spoke with Paul he seemed very knowledgeable try to help me over the phone when that didn't work he came out replace the pump and everything worked out great he's very knowledgeable personable and polite. Very impressed with his service would recommend him again
