Unreliable and worst customer service
The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life, hands down!
Better stay away from these guys for any project that might require follow-ups (as any projects might, and most usually do)
He's almost guaranteed not to show up...esp. if you already paid.
They were supposed to re-sod portions of my yard; I wanted to include more areas after the initial quote and gave him more than enough notice in advance before the start date. He claimed he will just take the measurements on the day-of, but then “ran out of sod” at the end of the day. Not to mention he blamed me for “wrong measurements”.
Either way he promised to come back in “a couple of weeks”. When I inquired after a couple of weeks, he said he will show on a certain date when they have another sod job nearby. I email and call that day to confirm, and he keeps ignoring, until he finally replies saying “stop emailing me every day, I come when I come”. It’s now a month later and still no signs of him…
Just do yourself a favor and don’t let the lower prices fool you…you always get what you pay for, and in terms of customer service, this is as bad as it gets.
