This firm did the design for the new era luxury home we bought. The home is less than 2 years old. We have multiple structural issues from improper design by this firm that were confirmed through another an independent structural engineer firm we brought out, who stated design does not meet building code compliance for structural safety items. Oasis did not follow code when they designed and approved the structural plans for the home for quite a few items. The cost to fix these problems is well over 100 thousand dollars at the low end of the estimates we have sought. For this reason, I recommend staying away from both Oasis and new era luxury homes who use this engineering firm.
