The team of 2 cleaners arrived on time (even though my house is in a new sub division that is a bit difficult to find) and immediately got to work. They were very thorough and meticulous - definitely getting into the nooks and crannies that I don't even think about (ie. the leaves on the fake flowers in my bathroom were dusted!!). My oven hasn't looked this clean since I moved in, and my baseboards and floors (hand washed) are spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend iMaid to my friends and family.
