Workmanship was great and responsiveness was very attentive. Whenever I had a question or comment, Reudor and Alex were responding immediately. They also have really good taste and assisted with product selection, making the process easy.

We hired Alex and his team to do a full renovation of our condo and we are so pleased with the outcome that we highly recommend Turn-Key Projects. Some of the workers made mistakes or missed the more detailed parts of the work during the process and, of course, as with any reno, unforeseen issues did arise. So most of the stars I left out of this review are about initial issues with that workmanship quality, which is semi-outside of his control to a degree. But the good news is that we kept Alex updated on quality issues, he often stopped by to check on it himself, and he worked hard to set things right, bringing in other workers to get everything fixed for us after we had initial issues. He was also extremely patient while we had an unforeseen two-month delay from Home Depot/LG on our appliances. Every time an issue arose, he would explain the issue calmly and in detail, and we appreciated that. Renos are stressful enough, so you need someone like that on your team!

I think the biggest draw we had initially to working with Alex is that he is not only a contractor but he also has a good design eye. He was able to recommend a design and the corresponding materials, and was very good about procuring all of them for us. For example, the flooring wasn't available so he recommended an alternate tile and we love it.

We had done a bathroom reno with another company a few years ago and they gave zero design advice - comparatively it felt like Alex was more invested and interested in the project (both in the design and the execution).

I imagine as a contractor it's hard to find good quality workmanship available at the exact times you need it, so I think with just a little more work there, I would give a near-perfect rating.

Alex and his team did a great job on our condo bathroom. We were very pleased with Alex's responsiveness to us and his willingness to understand and realize our design vision. Our project had a lot of customization and was probably difficult... and Alex was very patient. Although there was a miscommunications for the request to install a bidet line, Alex was willing to work with us to resolve the issue. We were also very impressed with the setup and take down; they followed every condo rule and kept the condo neat and clean. Very professional from start to finish.

Alex and the team at turn-key are top notch. I needed to rebuild the walls of my 2nd bedroom (in my condo) including installing door well as installing new hardwood floors throughout. Alex was very efficient with his communication even addressing my questions and changes. I highly recommend this company! Extremely professional and met my deadlines and budget. Thank you!

Turn-Key projects were extremely professional and I was very happy with the final product. The not only constructed a new bathroom addition to a bedroom, but they offered the best design layout to suit our needs.

Alex helped us to renovate our condo bathroom. He showed us the design drawing prior to commencement of the project. Although there were complications in installing the shower, the project was completed on time and on budget. Also although there was miscommunication for the request to install a mirror cabinet, Alex was willing to work with us to resolve the issue. Overall we were please with the final product. It was good that Alex has a variety of crews and did the project management so that we didn't have to do all the co-ordinations ourselves. Thank you Alex.

The team at Turn-Key Projects were very easy to work with. We had candid conversations with Alex and Reudor about what we needed: someone to manage the project for us, and also provide us thoughtful design suggestions, while keeping in mind our need to meet a budget. They presented us with functional and beautiful design schemes, and walked us through them. They also worked with us to incorporate some custom elements that we wanted for our bathroom and kitchen.

Those who worked on the project were respectful and diligent, and
we feel very good about the quality of their work. The space feels entirely different than it was before, and we are incredibly appreciative. It is more modern and sophisticated, and much brighter than I ever remember it before (I have lived in the unit for a decade).

Importantly, there were no issues with our condo board, or the condo office, or condo security. Alex, Reudor and their team respect condo rules re. hours of work, access to elevators and placement of disposal bins, etc.; they communicated incredibly well with those who run our building, making it a much easier process for us.

Communication about the project was important to us, as we are both professionals who travel and often have large blocks of our schedule as unavailable. Alex and Reudor were calm, organized and responsive via email, and made themselves available where needed for in person consultations. Invoicing was also transparent and upfront. Some money was saved on their initial quote for the kitchen, and the only extras were items that we expressly asked for (i.e. outside of scope). Accordingly, separate and apart from the quality of their work product, their business-like approach to completing our project was very appreciated.

To our surprise, the project was completed a few weeks in advance of schedule, and as you can read above, we have no complaints. In fact, we have another project for a separate property that we will be hiring them for.

Turn-Key renovated our two condo bathrooms in April 2017. Alex and his team are fantastic, professional and their attention to detail was outstanding. We are so happy with the final results; it's more than we expected. The entire team were so considerate and really went above and beyond to make sure dust was minimized and even cleaned after the project was completed.

Alex stayed true to his original estimate of the project and was so thorough in making sure that everything was exactly what we wanted / envisioned. He kept us up to date throughout the project and his suggestions for tiles, vanities and layouts turned out wonderfully. He has a great eye for design. We're so excited to use him for our kitchen renovation too!
