We just had a new garage door and opener installed by Upper Canada Garage Doors and we are very satisfied. Patrick gave us a quote within a few hours of me submitting the online quote request, dropped off colour samples at our home, and helped with subsequent revisions to the quote when we changed our mind on the style of door we wanted. Once we accepted the quote, the installer Jeremiah came and installed the door and opener (and disposed of our old wood door) within one week. Catherine made the billing process simple and convenient. Big thanks to Patrick, Catherine, and Jeremiah for their professional and friendly service!

Great experience with this company on all fronts. Quality of the product and installation seems great, salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy or "salesy" (both of which are an immediate no in my book). Two days ago my garage door spring snap and cable was all over the place. I email upper Canada garage service to get a quote and I get a call right away. Amazing service and staff! I got my garage spring and torsion cables replace. I Highly recommended if you need anything to fixed your garage.

Although I wasn't able to visit the showroom, Cathren and Ryan were very helpful, they certainly did the best they could given the situation of this pandemic. The door was installed followed by the capping and the results exceeded my expectations. Everything looked very neat and flush with my home. I had forgotten the names of the 2 on-site workers, but they did a great job, as if the installation was a work of art, they certainly cared about the fine details of their work. Please pass-on my complements to them.

We are in the process of upgrading the outside of our home which was built in 1969. The garage doors were not original but were faded and just looked tired. The opener was getting old as well. So we picked a door that mirrored the more recent builds across the road and picked the wood like finish to give the door some character. We upgraded to the top of the line insulated model as the kitchen is above the garage. The workers worked all day and did a fantastic job. We are extremely happy with the product and the look.
