Full basement reno + wall treatments
We purchased a new construction home and knew we wanted to finish the basement sooner rather than later. I reached out to Matt on a referral and he visited to talk through some of our plans and ideas, and pointed out several items we hadn't considered. We wanted 2 bedrooms, a gym, a 3-piece bathroom, a rec room, an office and a mini-kitchen - over 2000 sq ft. in total.
Matt was really good to work with, especially when we brought our ideas to him. He understood what we were aiming for, and added his expertise and experience in making our design goals real. There was no idea we brought to him that couldn't be done - and what's more, he 'added' a lot to our thinking.
Matt and his team were exceptionally clean and considerate throughout the construction process and the implementation was careful, very thorough and nearly flawless.
We love our finished basement, but in particular all the custom build-ins, cabinetry and millwork that Matt created. For our bathroom vanity, we showed him a picture we liked and it was "we can do that".
Matt did such a great job, a year later we asked him back for some custom wall treatments. Equally beautiful and well-crafted.
Lastly, Matt was exceptionally reasonable on budget, and commercials and invoicing were tracked and managed carefully and non-aggressively. I would 100% recommend Hailey and would use them again in a heartbeat for similar work.
