Vivek and his team were great. They helped me with applying for the building permit to legalize a basement apartment. They responded quickly with any questions I had. Their price was most reasonable and never asked for extra money when the drawings needed to be updated for the City. I would highly recommend iTi Building Permit Designer Inc.
