Muskoka Window And Door Centre

Have anyone had the Bigfoot Navcom Door installed over the year? I just had it installed in November 2019 however the door has a combination key pad that requires me to enter a code every time I enter! As mentioned above I am very happy with the company I used and the door itself, however I enter this door with the combination dozens of times a day and have to impute the code every time, usually with items in my hands making it very difficult. Anyone else had a similar issue. Please advise Thanks
