Popcorn Ceiling Removal

I was in need of removing the popcorn ceiling in my house and after several quotes I opted to go with Alex and his team. I am certainly happy that I did. The ceilings look brand new. And the additional painting I had asked for the main and 2nd floors in my house look good as well. Alex was quick to give a quote which was very reasonable. The job was done in 4 days (excellent for the whole house). They worked from 8am to 6pm each day. Everything was included and done to perfection. From popcorn removal to patching and skim coating, to priming and painting. I also had potlights done as well. We hired Alex and his crew to remove all the popcorn ceiling on our entire second floor. Also to repaint all our walls. We gave them a call and Alex was already here the next day to give us an estimate. Now that the work is done, I have to say I am more than satisfied with their service. The ceilings are silky smooth and amazingly flat. Great craftsmanship all around.

One of the things that really concern us was hiring a trustworthy and reliable contractor, and Alex and his crew were that and more. They were very professional for the entire process. They arrived on time as promised, and finished the work before the estimated time. They even came back a week after to fix a small obscure blimpish we noticed after the project was completed. Alex is a true pro and a master of his craft. In 4 short days he transformed my dated old townhouse to a bright clean look by removing popcorn, fixing the drywall and painting all 3 rooms. EFP Pro Services removed the popcorn ceilings in our bungalow, including a very difficult 22ft high and narrow skylight opening. They did an excellent job. Alex has a very high work ethic starts at 8am and typically leaves for the day between 6 and 6:30pm with only a few short breaks. We found them to be very accommodating (we moved to a lower level) and they cleaned up every evening before they left. Nothing but professional, ethical and courteous service at a price we thought was reasonable (the actual cost was lower than the estimated cost). I give them my highest recommendation, not something I take lightly.
