This is the second time I used Alex for popcorn removal and I can't say enough how much of a true skilled professional he is from start to finish. He always exceeds expectations and even finished a day early than expected . He's always honest and you will know you're in good hands with him, he always cleans up at the end of each day. This was my second time using Val, this time was to come replace 2 cartridges and 2 fill valves. He came the next day and it was a good thing because while he removed one of the cartridges it was so old it broke in the pipe. He did an excellent job and fixed everything quickly. This is why it's always good to have a professional they can address any issue that arises. You can't go wrong with Val, it's hard to find honest people.
