Home Theatre 360 No Longer In Business

Hired Fernando to hang my TV on the wall and he said his HDMI cables are the best and if something goes wrong, he would offer service only if I use his cables. Apparently when he tried to run one of his cable through the hole he made in the basement, he had broken the pins. Immediately when we switched ON the connection did not work. He kept saying the port in my TV is dysfunctional (I have been using this port for so long and it worked and still works totally fine) and that the cable has been tested on 21 other TVs. I had proved to him how the HDMI cable that I had purchased from best buy worked well and asked how that cable could work on my port. He said I don't know just that my cable is perfect and your port is the issue. He initially promised to refund the 70 dollars for the cable before leaving and later sent a text message that he cannot refund the money back. Literally, the cable has broken pins. He very well knows that he broke it and that is why its not working but he blamed it on my port. He never kept up to the time or time frame that he committed to not would he bother to inform if he miss the slot. Not once but every single time and to end this project without a good service, which is just to install a TV on the wall, it took him more than a month. He asked me to stay home on a weekday saying that he can come in only on weekdays. Expecting resolution, I had taken a day off and he still did not show up as usual nor did he inform, let alone apologize, for not showing up. He sends detailed and long text messages excusing himself that his clients had an emergency or the weather is bad or that he is very busy. If you can take time to draft an essay to give excuses for not coming, would you not have time to take seconds to text someone waiting for you in the time window you had provided and say that you wont be able to come. Again, he may have response and counter blames for this complaint as he had done to all other reviews. I don't care as long as at least one person reads this review and gets benefited. Would never work with him again and would never recommend to anyone. A big NO NO.

HIRED TO HANG $3000 TELEVISION. DROPPED AND BROKE IT. PROMISED TO REPLACE IT OR PAY FOR IT. HAS BEEN HIDING SINCE LAST OCTOBER. HAVE OBTAINED COURT JUDGEMENT AGAINST HIM BUT NEED ADDRESS TO SERVE HIM. POSTAL CODE HE LISTS ON THIS AND OTHER SITES ARE NOT VALID

i don't know where to begin. the job was to hang a tv and install surround sound. the tv sagged and was coming off the wall the following day and the holes left behind could not be hidden. i had to call another company to come in along with having drywall repairs.

i paid cash with no receipt and i've reported Canada Revenue. If anyone tries their service please get a receipt. He will claim he never came to your house.

Worst customer service. PERIOD. Fernando installed my home theatre before a month and since day 1, we have issues with the sound from the speakers. Called him innumerable times and exchanged text messages and it seems they do not even care once they are paid. Very rude and unproffesional attitude.

Even the installation was not done properly. Left a tennis ball size holes in the wall for the speakers installed. It was noticed once they left and I tried checking on weird noise coming from the speakers.

I am getting someone else to fix the issues created by them at an additional cost. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

With only one phone call, Fernando returned it and within that day, he came to install the television on the wall. He recommends the best and safest place to do an installation. He tells you when something is not right and gives suggestion as needed. He is professional and courteous. Their charges are reasonable. We love the work done and we can recommend his company to others.

Fernando did an amazing job of wiring our television and sound bar so that no wires were visible. The job was done very quickly and with courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend Fernando and his team for any home theatre installation. The initial consultation is well worth the $50.00 and this fee is applied to the cost of the project!!
