Where to start
Cut lines, brush marks, nail pops not fixed ! Overall attention to detail was just disappointing!
Spent days repainting hit marks on base boards, doors and ceiling etc. Colour recommendation was off. Choice of recommended colour clashed with other recommended colours undertones . The owners recommendation was to repaint because of all the problem areas in the paint job itself but of course the colour being an issue as well . HOWEVER this was going to cost me to redo. Same price as what I paid originally and what any painter would quote.
On the positive side - painters very nice and showed up on time

We are not sure who this was, however it is important to note that in 31 years of business, we have never chosen colour's for our customers. This is precisely why we have an independent Designer who meets with the customers to validate colour options. We alway strive to find an answer to any of the very few issues our customers find and we would never suggest to do this on a customer's dime....therefore, I tend to think that there was a communication issue or you are mixing us up with another Painter and you were not really our customer.
