We bought a brand new house (2014) and have observed multiple problems (When putting up Christmas lights there was a giant hole in the roof, for example). Getting someone to come out to have a look was a nightmare, we often had to get a 3rd party repair man to fix the multiple problems. Pacesetter refused to support in any way, despite their "warranty".
Now my family and I have a black mold problem, which he tried to address in 2016. We sent multiple pictures, details, requests for support, but were ignored.
