This review is long overdue. Approximately 2 years ago, I had hardwood installed on the second floor & the stairs refinished. Sesan Flooring did an amazing job with both jobs. The owner of the company was very knowledgeable with the floor options. He was honest and fair. The work that his crew did on the stairs is what blew us away. They turned out beautifully. They installed new pickets, we chose solid pickets, that made the staircase look bold & rich! We have received many positive comments on our staircase. Overall the crew that did the work were efficient & neat. I would and have recommended Sesan Flooring to many chat groups & friends. I look forward to working with them again for other areas in my home.

Chandran and his team did a superb job installing hardwood flooring in our hallway, family room, living room, dining room and master bedroom. The job was completed in less than two days with little disruption to our home. The team moved furniture, removed old carpeting and flooring, installed the new hardwood, cleaned up the debris and completed the job in a professional manner. Chandran was on the job site on a frequent basis but his team was more than competent at their assigned tasks. The job was quoted at a fair price, completed on time and invoiced at the agreed upon price. We were more than pleased with the results of the project.

Chandran and team did great work as agreed. They're on time and on budget, they also did a full cleanup after the work was done. Also helped me find a great handyman for basement bathroom/laundryroom ​reno work. They came by after a week to review the work. Great customer care.

Sesan flooring, particularly the owner, Chandran, was recommended to me by a coworker. After calling a few other companies, I instantly knew I wanted Chandran to do my flooring. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and on top of it, he was the most reasonably priced. We got great quality installation of the Canadian made engineered flooring that he helped us choose. I highly recommend Chandran and Sesan Flooring.

We used Sesan Flooring for several home renovation projects. Chandra, of Sesan helped us choose quality products which included laminate flooring in basement, hardwood flooring and porcelain tiles on the main levels. Chandra is honest, straight-forward and VERY conscientious. Trusting someone with your renovations is difficult, but Chandran definitely proved that he goes above and beyond for his clients! He is fantastic! He supervised all the installations with his crew while we went on holidays for our recent reno. He kept us informed through the whole process. We were NOT disappointed.
