Polar Bear Snow Removal No Longer In Business

This company has an advertising sign next to the Tims coffee shop on New st. and Walker's line in Burlingtion. I called them in November 16, 2015 to hire their snow removal services. They came 1 time after I made numerous calls asking them when they were going to fulfill their contract. They navel came after that initial visit. I've called many times but I only get a message saying Adrian is out of the country on family emergency. I left a message requesting my $500 back but there was no response. No service.

We hired Polarbear snow removal to remove the snow from our driveway for the Winter of 2015-2016. It has since snowed twice (both times more than 3 inches) and they have yet to come remove the snow.

They don't pick up our multiple phone calls and don't call back. They say that they will remove snow within 24 hrs of a storm, they never came for the first storm and it has since been 24 hrs since the second storm and they still haven't provided the service we paid for nor will they answer our phone calls.

Don't waste your time or hard earned money.

We hired Polar Bear snow removal last November to clear the snow from our driveway and front walkway. The price was reasonable (flat rate). Overall, we are very happy with the service provided. Never unreasonable wait times. Would definately recommend this company to others.
