In&Out Painting Services

Found mixed reviews of this company but decided to hire them in the end due to their prices. Work seemed ok at first and things were done on time then everything just went downhill after a couple of days, the owner, Kam never picks up his phone, never runs out of hollow promises and excuses, a 3-4 day work was dragged along for over 2 weeks.

Had I done the work myself it would have been done it less than a week and save me over a grand. Never hire these guys for any work.

Things started out great but ever since we paid our invoice Kam has been a complete let down. I have been chasing him for over a month to return the keys to my house. He never answers the phone and if he does it's a web of strange reasons as to why he can't bring me my keys. There has been more than a few broken promises. Now he is out of town and says he left them in his mailbox in Coquitlam and I live in West Van. I am changing my locks now !

To be honest, we were a little unsure at first when selecting this service as they didn't have a fancy website like some of the other painters. What they did have however, was:
- a fast response time to my initial call
- fairly immediate site visit to scope out the work
- demonstrated experience and painting expertise during the walk through
- Very reasonable pricing
- Pay ONLY when the work is done
- FAST, I mean FAST. They were in and out in less than 48 hours

A trick they pull is that they want you to pay at night time when you can't effectively assess the quality of their work. After payment the next day we noticed that they missed several spots as they rushed the job and an entire wall inside one of the closets. Kam ceased to return our phone calls and never followed through with his promises for customer service. If you use these guys, be absolutely sure you check over their work in daylight as once you pay them, you'll never see them again.
