Ew Appliance Service

Purchased on Amazon and was installed properly, the unit started smoking on the first five minutes of use. I called the company and they sent service and three days later the unit was replaced and tested properly. Very happy with the result, which started with the initial bad experience with the product.

Came ro replace garbage dispose unit in warranty. Stopped working in 5 days. He came used the wrench and said it is working fine. Despite I told him it's getting jammed every time I use it for no reason. He Insisted to take 280 and agree to return back if jammed again in 5 days. It got jammed as expected in 2 days. And he came back wirh rude attitude and said I'm not returning back any money. But will replace the unit.
Untrusted company.

Initially thought it was the belt but found out it was another part, thankfully the technician had one. Would recommend.

Garbage disposal in my sink was not working. Denton came to look at it. Found there was a loose screw that was in there. He took the screw out and was done in about 10 mins. No parts needed or any further repairs. For that work he charged me $250 plus taxes ($282.50). He wasnt even working for a half hour. How he could justify charging a price like that is completely ridiculous!

LG Warranty enlisted Denton form EW to conduct my refrigerator repair.
Immediately after I 'ordered' online, EW called to set up an appointment. Denton showed up on time as promised and proceeded to work on my repair. It turned out to be a big job. Full compressor replacement.
A couple of days after the repair I realized the refrigerator was not cooling again. I text Denton on the weekend to which he responded promptly and returned on Monday to further investigate. It turned out I had an additional leak that didn't immediately show.

The good:
Came equipped with all necessary tools
Knew the product he was working on
Very polite and personable
Respected both myself and my home
Actually responded to me on a weekend!

The bad:
Nothing. Beer is cold!
