We contacted Roy after reading the strong reviews here on homestars. The stove was just outside of warranty and stopped heating up. Roy was able to isolate the issue quickly but it was the main control board. After contacting the manufacturer, they agreed so send the replacement part.
It arrived a few days later and I contacted Roy via text, and he was on site replacing the board in an hour. It was the control board and the stove is now working - thanks for the great customer service.
