We discovered our fridge water line valve is leaking. I ended up texting Roy and he responded quickly within the hour. It wasn't an emergency because we had turned off the water line to the fridge so next day would have been great but he even managed to fit us in the same day. Roy is professional and kind, even though our kitchen dimensions means it is a pain to move the fridge.
The part came in within a few days (not in his control but lucky for us) and he came the very next work day and installed the part.
