I called Roy at Protex Plumbing in the middle of an afternoon and describe the problem, he informed me he had the part on this truck and he could also arrange with my tenant to go there that evening to do the repair .
I am very please with his professionalism and his speedy service.
I have referred Roy in the past and he's never let me down.

Called Roy in to deal with a burst pipe and also took him through some work we wanted done in our recently purchased home. He showed interest and provided good ideas. Following our discussion, we hired Protex to do all of the work. They came in the next day and finished the job on time and on budget.

Pipe burst behind wall water was flooding down wall to floor drain. Roy kept me in the loop the whole way and helped me out by temporarily insulating the problem area. Im very pleased with his work I have him saved in my contacts for future jobs

Dave was quick to identify the problem and then fixed the faucet efficiently. He was capable and friendly. It was, however, costly, for a fifteen minute job; the hourly rate was high. I suppose you get what you pay for.
